Terms of service

SweepSet is operated by plori (“we”). These terms govern your use of sweepset.com. By using SweepSet, you agree to these terms. Contact us at agent@plori.ai.

The service

SweepSet turns one product photo into white-background listing images, scene images, banners, and vertical 9:16 videos. Cloudflare Images removes the photo’s background and makes the listing images. AI agents on plori make scenes, edits, and videos with models from third-party providers. Your browser makes banners from your images and text.

Free use and accounts

You can try SweepSet without signing up. Free results have no watermark. Each browser can use up to 3 free tries per UTC day. Each account also has a limit of 3 free tries across its browsers. Each IP address has a limit of 20 free tries per UTC day. A free try makes one scene set or edits one image. Free tries also depend on the site’s daily free budget. Videos always use credits.

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. You must verify your email before buying credits. Keep access to your email account secure. You are responsible for activity on your SweepSet account.

Credits and payment

SweepSet sells one-time credit packs at these standard prices in US dollars:

  • 4,000 credits cost $9.99.
  • 12,000 credits cost $24.99.

There is no subscription. When a job uses credits, these costs apply:

  • A scene set costs 200 credits.
  • An image edit costs 100 credits.
  • A 6-second video costs 200 credits.
  • A 10-second video costs 300 credits.
  • A 15-second video costs 400 credits.
  • A zoom video costs a third of the video price. You get one when a product cannot be animated.

Dodo Payments processes purchases as merchant of record. Dodo’s buyer terms apply to checkout. Our refund policy explains refunds for unused credits. A job marked as failed automatically returns the credits charged for that job. A failed free job stops counting against your daily try limit. Refunds and chargebacks reverse the corresponding purchased credits.

Acceptable use

  • Only upload products you have the right to sell or photograph.
  • You must have permission to use each photo you upload.
  • Do not use people’s faces or identities as the product.
  • Do not use SweepSet to promote illegal goods.
  • Do not present trademarks you do not own as your own.
  • Do not bypass usage limits or interfere with the service.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms. We will give notice where practical.

Your content and AI output

Your uploaded photos remain yours. You give us permission to store and process your content to provide SweepSet. This permission includes sharing job inputs with the providers described in our privacy policy. You own the images you generate, subject to the model providers’ terms. Those providers’ terms also apply to generated videos.

Generated images and videos can contain mistakes. Check every result before publishing it. You are responsible for your product listings and advertising claims.

Availability and liability

We may change features, limits, and prices. We do not offer an uptime guarantee. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. This limit applies only where the law permits it. These terms do not limit your mandatory legal rights.
